Lead Generation and Social Media Specialist
Job Description
Job Overview:
FE International is seeking a Lead Generation and Social Media Specialist to help identify and secure new clients across our social media channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and interact with the community groups within each of those platforms. This person will also research prospects, provide initial outreach, relationship development, ensure a smooth onboarding process for qualified leads and write compelling social posts/content for audiences. The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, a strong researcher, welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business/relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research to compile lists of high-potential prospects;
- Implement daily outreach strategies to engage potential clients through social media and email;
- Draft initial outreach communications and prepare responses to prospect inquiries;
- Maintain a comprehensive lead database within our CRM system;
- Collaborate in the onboarding process for new clients and facilitate the transition to the Origination Team;
- Communicate effectively with our target audience;
- Work with business partners to create value-add educational resources for business owners;
- Create meaningful, industry-leading content for social media;
- Assume full ownership of social media postings;
- Engage with audience comments and questions; and
- Provide detailed analytics and reports on lead generation, audience attraction/engagement, and social media content views.
Required Skills:
- Exceptional business writing and interpersonal communication skills;
- Ability to craft tailored and responsive outreach communications;
- Proficient at managing multiple projects while maintaining meticulous attention to detail;
- Outstanding follow-through capabilities and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines; and
- Understanding of multiple social media platforms and previous experience in social media management or community management.
Experience and Education:
- Proven experience conducting secondary research, including web and related sources;
- Familiarity with CRM software;
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; and
- Knowledge of SaaS or financial services is a valuable asset.
