Lead Generation Coordinator
Job Description
The Lead Generation Coordinator (LGC) will work closely with the Internet Home Consultant (IHC), Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and Sales teams to ensure leads are qualified and assigned to the appropriate Sales Professional(s) and product listings are accurate and visible on MLS platforms. The LGC will answer and respond to all phone (1-800 line and SMS text messages) and Internet inquiries (including Chat and Facebook Messenger) while providing first-class customer service internally and externally. The LGC will participate in the implementation and maintenance of lead nurturing activities and provide the Field with up-to-date digital insights that will allow for high engagement touchpoints with leads. The LGC will support high-volume data entry efforts by coordinating, entering, and maintaining MLS listings for homes at each stage of construction and transaction status.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Function as the lead management contact on emails received from various Perry Homes and partner websites.
- Interact with customers and show high-level customer service through email, online chat, and telephone (1-800 line and SMS text) contact.
- Answer emails and online chats daily and communicate with prospects until enough information is obtained to assign lead to appropriate Sales Professional.
- Cultivate 1-800 and SMS text contacts until they can be assigned to appropriate Sales Professional.
- Maintain customer information in Customer Relationship Management system.
- Track and report on customer leads and their online digital footprint as needed.
- Provide reports showing activity and trends relating to duties.
- Monitor various websites and MLS platforms for accuracy on a regular basis.
- Support management of a high-volume of data entry efforts as it relates to the home listing process including coordinating, entering, and maintaining listing information in internal databases (PHBroker inbox and SharePoint) and participating MLS platforms.
- Support applicable Open House advertising activities via MLS platforms.
- Support Corporate Marketing efforts in ensuring promotional content is advertised on listings and removed quickly when the promotion has ended.
- Develop and maintain strong positive relationships with IHCs, MLS Coordinators, Sales Professionals, Divisional Marketing Managers, vendors, and upper management.
- Assist in research for new Internet marketing ideas.
- From time to time, one must complete projects with short notice in extreme constraints.
- Will also be called upon to assist with projects in any team or department as needed.
- Essential duties:
- 70% IHC/Sales Support, 30% MLS/Data Entry.
- Understanding of complex processes, systems, and reporting.
- Must work well with others and engage with internal and external customers.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising or Public Relations, preferred.
- Requires at least 5 years of relevant customer support or customer service experience.
- HubSpot and SharePoint knowledge, preferred.
- Facebook Messenger and basic SMS communication best practices knowledge, preferred.
- Some Realtor knowledge preferred. Internet sales experience or college coursework in Internet marketing a plus.
- Experience working in a call center a plus.
- Must have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, be team-oriented, proactive, and agile.
- Must possess strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
