Lead Generation Coordinator
Job Description
Are you ready to join a collaborative, results-focused team that enjoys helping businesses accomplish their goals? In this role, you'll report to the Demand Generation Manager, and will support the Lead Qualification function for Accusoft.
A day in life includes working closely with the Marketing, Product and Sales teams on activities directly related to lead generation and qualification. This will include outbound email nurture programs, data entry and collection, CRM data support and appointment setting. The successful candidate for this role will be able to facilitate correspondence between top of funnel prospects and internal technical and sales resources.
About the Role:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Be responsible for meeting KPI's and sales targets
- Be comfortable using multiple channels including phone and social media to contact prospects and leads
- Be responsible for data entry to support lead process
- Work with Manager, Demand Generation to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks
- Work closely with Manager, Demand Generation to refine the lead management process including regular performance assessments
- Analyzing funnel data and executing marketing campaigns that increase velocity and volume of leads
- Leverage Hubspot and other media partners to support campaign execution
- Efficiently execute lead generation campaigns; track progress, ensure timely completion of campaigns to the agreed campaign lead criteria with accuracy and quality
- Engage in the process of lead nurturing to help the team convert inquiries into qualified leads which become future sales opportunities
- Assist with pre-event confirmations and post-event follow up
- Develop product and industry knowledge
- Process inbound leads within defined time periods
Work Schedule/Environment:
- This can be a work-from-home-based role in any of the following states: Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, New York, Massachusetts, Texas, Tennessee, and Washington.
- We offer a flexible work schedule.
- Employees can also work from our Tampa, FL, Office if they wish.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or related disciplines
- 1-2 years of Sales/Sales Development experience for technology solutions provider or B2B sales environment preferred or combination of education and experience.
- 4 plus years experience in a role that has helped develop your ability to solve problems, think critically, effectively communicate verbally, provide customer service
- Understanding of Marketing a plus
- Experience in producing up to 30 meetings (MQLs)
- An understanding of digital marketing and lead generation techniques and tactics
- Ability to collaborate and execute strategic plans
- Appreciation for and a willingness to utilize technology to achieve desired business results.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Experience with enterprise CRM system
- Experience with Hubspot or similar systems
