Lead Generation Marketing Manager
Job Description
Join NCQA's Marketing team as a Lead Generation Manager. The manager plans, executes, and measures demand and lead generation marketing programs and activities to grow the sales pipeline and revenue for the organization. A proactive and creative problem solver, the candidate for this role is a self-starter, is data driven, curious and can lead initiatives by providing consultative input to leaders. It is important that this candidate has a basic understanding of business management and operations, including finance/revenue/pipeline principles.
Responsibilities
- Meet with Marketing, Sales and Product leaders to create strategic marketing plans that will support company objectives.
- Participant in regular pipeline and forecast review meetings.
- Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Product Marketing and Sales Operations.
- Provides execution support for the digital marketing team.
- Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with prospects and campaign responders in a timely manner.
- Creates and manages program budget and measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting.
- Communicates program status, action items, and deliverables across the Marketing team.
- Proven track record executing multi-faceted event and product campaigns.
- Partner with the Strategic Communications team to create, support, analyze and execute Communications plans and strategies to support business growth.
- Create integrated marketing plans that cross solutions and segments, including alignment of business, sales and operation/client engagement objectives.
- Moderate technical and strategic understanding of healthcare, digital, technology, strategic solutions being marketed.
- Monitor market and competitive trends to identify opportunities and key issues and create plans to capitalize on them.
- Evaluate product, services and experience feedback including marketing analytics and outcomes to influence business, marketing, and brand plans.
- Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes from campaign design to execution to lead flow and follow up.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of related work experience.
- Health Care and/or Government Marketing experience is ideal for this position.
- Experience creating integrated marketing plans that cross solutions and segments, including alignment of business objectives.
- Experience with market analysis, positioning, projects, metrics and budget expectations.
- Ability to provide consultative input to senior leaders.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to work on virtual teams.
- Experience using Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics and WordPress is required.
