This role is focused on driving top-of-funnel growth for a fast-paced international sales environment within the construction sector. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value prospects through structured outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach. Working closely with the founder and sales leadership, you will help build a strong and consistent pipeline of opportunities by combining research, automation tools, and direct prospect engagement. The role requires a highly organized and self-driven professional who thrives in independent execution and performance-based environments. You will play a key part in ensuring qualified meetings are consistently generated to support revenue growth. Accountabilities
In this role, you will own early-stage lead generation activities, ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects and scheduled meetings for the sales function. You will research and identify potential leads across multiple channels, build targeted outreach campaigns, and engage prospects through structured communication sequences. You will also be responsible for maintaining CRM accuracy and continuously optimizing outreach performance.
- Generate and qualify prospects through research across LinkedIn, databases, and online channels
- Design and execute outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
- Engage prospects through follow-ups and nurture sequences to increase conversion rates
- Schedule qualified meetings for internal sales leadership and ensure proper handover
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and structured lead data
- Track outreach metrics and performance indicators to optimize campaigns and messaging
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting and positioning strategies
- 1–3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting
- Proven experience in cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, or Smartlead
- Experience using CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
- Ability to source and build lead lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms
- Strong written communication skills for outbound messaging and prospect engagement
- Comfortable working independently in a target-driven, metrics-focused environment
