About the Job

We are looking for a Lead Generation/Researcher that is highly motivated, self-starter and capable of identifying new business prospects from online sources such as search engines, LinkedIn, business website and more.

This person is responsible for researching and producing leads to generate new business opportunities. He/she will be responsible for researching and gathering specific data on potential and existing prospects that will be used for qualification and appointment setting.

Responsibilities:

• Research prospects online through social media outlets and search engines.
• Updating database with company and decision maker names, contact information and standard demographics.
• Produce the required number researched quota of leads/contacts per week/month.
• Cross-reference data to ensure internal database are accurate to be used for qualification and appointment setting calls.
• Detect challenges during the lead research process and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Able to work from 8am to 5pm US time (Eastern Time).
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience doing online research and generating leads.
• Online internet research skills and working experience with online networking sites.
• Fluent in English with strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to overcome objections and deal effectively with rejection while remaining personable.
• Ability to follow a scripted process and use of templates.
• A dependable, reliable and self- motivated professional with a huge sense of responsibility.
