THE TECHNOLOGY is multi-patented, AI-powered customer data management software that we invented to help solve problems that have been frustrating consumer brands for years. THE OPPORTUNITY is to hitch your career to a rocket ship. We're addressing a critical market need: helping hundreds of leading brands make sense of massive amounts of transactional and engagement data so that they can understand their customers and provide experiences that delight while boosting the consumers and move the business metrics that matter. Come help us make it happen!

The Role

Can you take an idea from concept to delivery? Do you love testing and optimizing? We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead (individual contributor) to manage strategic planning of multi-channel, cross-functional campaigns from ideation through execution & reporting. This collaborative, cross functional role will drive high-quality pipeline and growth for Amperity. You will report to the VP, Demand Generation.

  • Manage projects end-to-end from the creation stage to execution stage to reporting and learning stage
  • Participate in conversations around voice, tone and content strategy within their area of focus, backed by an understanding of business and product goals, and larger conversations within the content team to help explore and define ongoing vision for content as a whole
  • Ensure the success of the content strategy by presenting content solutions to senior management, project teams, partners, and other team members
  • Collaborate with product marketing to design effective programs, in-sync with corporate and product launches and related activities

  • Work closely with Marketing Operations and Demand Gen leadership to ensure leads are properly delivered to BDRs and the sales team. Help to inform the development of comprehensive dashboards to track and analyze the ROI of various campaigns (based on lead progression through the sales funnel) and of various campaign elements (based on relevant metrics), and leverage those reports to improve future campaigns.
  • Emphasize customer-centric approach to planning with continuous attention to customer needs, customer lifecycle, and the customer experience.
  • Oversee and QA all marketing work streams to ensure all elements of the campaign are accurate prior to launch
  • Evaluate funnel conversion, repeat and penetration rates, and engagement metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of metrics
  • Devise and execute A/B tests, record results, and advise on improvements.
