Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be honest, enthusiastic have excellent communication and customer service skills . We have an immediate openings for an experienced (3+Years Preferred Lead Installer. This is an outstanding opportunity for an independent dependable career minded individual with a "good attitude " for our great environment.
This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing installation processes, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing helpers and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Duties
• Lead installation projects for HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and plumbing systems.
• Interpret schematics and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
• Perform equipment repairs and maintenance on various mechanical systems.
• Work independently on installation of commercial and residential equipment such as split systems, package units, flex and spiral duct.
• EPA Type II Certification preferred or (willingness to obtain)
• Ability too handle physical demands of trade.
• Proficiency working on HVAC schematics, wiring diagrams, hydronic & Package systems both gas & electric heat pump.
• Train and mentor junior installers on best practices and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations during installations.
Requirements
• Experience as a service technician in HVAC or related fields preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to remove outdated air conditioning systems, then install, start up and troubleshoot new systems.
• All hand tools required for trade and ability to operate various tools and equipment necessary for installation tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license is required clean driving record for insurability for use of company provided vehicle.
• Submit to a drug test and background screening
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $48.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
