Description
The Iterative Scopes mission is to empower doctors with real-time computer-aided detection and diagnostic tools powered by state-of-the-art computer vision and machine learning technology; improving patient outcomes by helping gastroenterologists detect and classify lesions in real-time, including those that often elude the human eye; and improving care worldwide by providing doctors across the globe with access to deep neural networks trained by the world's best and most experienced GI specialists.
Iterative Scopes is looking to hire an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Lead HRBP to help support the Engineering and Product teams at our rapidly-growing health tech company. In this role you will be a resource, coach, and advocate for leaders and team members on our Technical teams, providing support for all People-related topics, including performance management, organizational design, and employee relations.

What you'll be doing:
- Build a deep understanding of the Engineering and Technical teams' business, talent, and culture needs and collaborate with team leadership to build strategies to address them
- Provide coaching and professional development support for our managers as they address challenges and employee relations issues
- Champion and help operationalize inclusion by ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies are built in our teams' approaches to compensation, organizational design, and performance management design
- Advise and support execution for key company planning and review cycles including compensation, promotion, and annual headcount planning.
- Develop and share data-driven insights into employee engagement, retention, and DEI Help to Identify training needs and solutions or tools for the Engineering and Product teams
What we're looking for in you:
Required:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum 5 years of experience in a People Business Partner capacity or related field (Performance Management, Talent Management)
- Experience working with talent management software (bonus points for Lattice)
- Experience with stakeholder management, program design/management, and change management
- Experience with compensation structures for startups and/or technical teams
- Experience partnering with teams in hybrid, distributed settings
