• High Volume Recruiting Dynamo: Flex your recruitment muscles as you seek out the brightest talent in the industry. You'll spearhead our high-volume hiring efforts, leaving no stone unturned to find top-tier associates. 
• Scheduling Maestro: You're the conductor of the scheduling symphony, orchestrating seamless shifts and managing workforce logistics like a pro. Your talent for coordination ensures our team delivers peak performance. 
• Associate Advocate: Be the go-to guru for our associates, championing their needs and ensuring they have the support and resources to thrive in their roles. 
• Data Whisperer: Dive into the HR analytics realm, uncovering insights that drive our seasonal success. You'll track hiring metrics and optimize scheduling strategies based on real-time data.

This is a seasonal position, with a projected duration of December 2023 and an hourly rate of $22/hour. This is a fully in-office position based out of our office/warehouse in Sunset Park, Brooklyn (Brooklyn Army Terminal).
