How you can help make a better world of work
This position can be done remotely from San Francisco, New York, or Chicago.
You are deeply curious and passionate about people and culture. At heart, you’re what we call a people geek. As a Lead HRBP supporting our Go to Market practices, you will deliver on global people practices with a culture first approach, and offer strategic, value-add counsel to senior stakeholders and Campers (aka employees at Culture Amp) on all talent-related matters. Â
You willÂ
- As a trusted business partner, provide consultative advice and coaching to senior leaders to address complex employee relations and performance issues, including mitigating risk and managing situations that result in the best possible outcomes for the company, teams, and people.
- Work on big problems from critical organizational and people issues, to identifying and developing our key leadership talent, to culture and change managementÂ
- Understand the business strategy, talent and organization strategy and align these strategies to the current and future trends of the business that may impact workforce needs and initiatives.Â
- Proactively engage with leaders on people strategy through workforce planning, organization design and structure.
- Design and deliver appropriate talent planning activities that will identify talent, leadership development priorities, and succession plans.Â
- Advise on local and global compensation initiatives. Competence in interpreting internal compensation framework and external market survey data. Identifying emerging trends.
- Use data to develop the People agenda. Track and report staffing, retention, attrition, and other data to business leaders and recommend programs and/or enhancements as appropriate.
You have
- At least 5 years of People Partner/HR Business Partner experience within a high-growth startup or business unit, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong knowledge of performance, employee relations, talent planning, organization design, and compensation practices globallyÂ
- Ability to build solid trust based relationships quickly with the senior leadership team and internal People & Experience team.
- Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and extreme flexibility to be proactive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Competence in making timely, effective, principles-based decisions
- A track record of providing HR consultation to senior leadership on critical initiatives
- Experience supporting rapidly scaling go to market teams
- Global experience is preferred, however, must be deeply experienced and knowledgeable in US employment practices
- Experience building and scaling people programs
