Lead Service Technician
Core Roles & Responsibilities:
· Provide high level customer service to all internal and external customers based on ICS values and objectives.
· Thoroughly communicate, proactively plan, troubleshoot, and execute all job assignments.
· Learn by curiosity, strive for excellence and sustain day-to-day operations.
· Enforce plans, processes and procedures are being followed.
Primary Duties(list is not inclusive and priorities will change on a day-to-day basis):
· Ensure safe practices; be proactive in identifying project hazards to minimize risks.
· Continue technical training/education.
· Be on time to scheduled appointments or clearly communicate with dispatcher if you are running behind.
· Lead the team by setting the example with your daily routines.
· Be well rounded in full system operation and be proficient in your troubleshooting skills.
· Be a resource to other technicians, provide technical assistance when needed.
· Provide onsite technical assistance when needed.
· Work closely with the service dispatcher to get all assignments planned and clearly communicate any detailed information once the work has been completed.
· Provide empathy, patience and consistency to all ICS customers.
· Develop and maintain good-standing relationships with our clients; provide timelyresponses and leveraging additional sales opportunities.
· Thoroughly complete all paperwork after each assignment, providing detailed information as needed.
· Proactively order any parts to complete each assignment assigned.
· Take job ownership with every task that is assigned to you.
· Be proactive in identifying issues, opportunities, and problem solving.
· Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
· Maintain a clean/safe jobsite as well as company provided vehicles.
· Mentor & coach next generation of technicians.
· Hold ICS trade team members accountable; provide positive feedback or corrective action when appropriate.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
