A little about the role…

The Team Lead, Desktop Implementations provides day-to-day assistance to the Supervisor and team of Implementation Specialists supporting new customers through onboarding, system configuration and training. You will review external client’s product demands, develop project plans, and ensure implementations are completed on time and meet client expectations. Team Lead responsibilities will be roughly 50% implementation and 50% team leadership related tasks. The Team Lead assists the Supervisor in monitoring team metrics, service levels, and team attendance to ensure that service volume

What you'll do...

  • Work directly with customers to complete assigned implementation tasks
  • Assist in managing the daily workload of a small team of implementation specialists
  • Help team members troubleshoot and problem solve complex issues
  • Maintain project plans and ensure compliance to timeframe and collaborate with stakeholders for all desktop implementation processes
  • Coordinate Enterprise Implementations, delegating/scheduling work to other team members as necessary
  • Assist with training/mentoring new and existing employees
  • Work with cross-functional teams to score customer health and identify at-risk customers
  • Follow-up on customer issues and escalate issues as needed
  • Help develop team plans, goals, and objectives
  • Work continually towards self-development to remain current on customer service, sales and leadership procedures & practices
  • Lead/facilitate webinars as needed
  • Highly proficient on two or more of Procare’s software platforms

Requirements

  • Leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Associate degree or relevant experience or combination of education and work experience
  • 2+ years relevant experience, preferably in the software industry
  • 1-3 years of Lead or Team Lead experience
  • 1+ year of experience implementing Procare’s Desktop product

Salary

$28-$33 DOE

Location

This position can be based in our Denver or Medford office. We are currently in a flexible hybrid in-office/remote working model based on local COVID-19 health regulations and business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver office a few days a week.
