Lead, Infra N&T Admin

The Northern Trust Company seeks a Lead, Infra N&T Admin to plan and carry out network security measures and provide guidance to the business unit throughout the project development cycle. Design technology improvement solutions to include network security into workflow. Design secured access to services, design infrastructure to host services in protected DMZs, and ensure that security designs meet regulatory requirements. Act as the principal designer for firewall/network security systems and their subsystems utilizing a thorough understanding of available technologies, tools, and existing designs. Identify and specify complex business requirements to incorporate network security to meet regulatory and compliance requirements. #LI-DNI

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field, followed by 8 years of progressively responsible experience with network and security administration. Experience must include a minimum of: 5 years of experience with diagnosing and fixing network connectivity issues; 5 years of experience acting as the principal designer for enterprise firewall and network security systems and their subsystems; 5 years of experience with supporting and defining enterprise security requirements; 5 years of experience with Network Access Control (NAC) and IP Address Management (IPAM) solutions; and 5 years of experience of cybersecurity principles as applicable to global financial services business models, as well as regional compliance standards, relevant local regulations, and applicable laws. #LI-DNI
