Lead Installer/Project Manager

Overview We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products, ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties • Perform installations of products according to specifications and company guidelines. • Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including but not limited to the use of an Acrylic bending tools, tub saws, etc. • Inspect and troubleshoot installed products to ensure proper functionality. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment during and after installations. • Communicate with customers regarding installation processes, timelines, and any necessary adjustments. • Collaborate with team members to improve installation techniques and processes. • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times during installations. Experience • Previous experience in installation or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. • Familiarity with plumbing tools including solder for copper plumbing and pvc for drainage removal and reinstallation. Looking for plumber with valid plumbing license for the five burrows. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. • A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction is essential.
