Lead Insurance Service Supervisor, Team Leader

Summary
We are currently seeking a Lead Service Supervisor to help build out our agency processes from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team.
Responsibilities
- Assume daily servicing responsibility of assigned client relationships in accordance with agency standards and workflows. Servicing duties include renewals, providing summaries, ordering, and issuing binders, certificates, and policies.
- Works closely with Department Manager to implement goals and objectives.
- Manage workflows related to daily service initiatives
- Troubleshoot issues in the agency management system (AMS360)
- Resolve escalated client concerns
- Possess a thorough understanding of current products and services offered by the various insurance companies.
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned, including supporting sales development and planning work that supports the business success.
Qualifications
- Property/casualty producer's license required.
- Working knowledge of rating and underwriting personal lines products.
- Knowledge of property and casualty products and agency carriers.
- Agency experience preferred.
- Experience using AMS 360 or a similar management system
- Proven ability to provide a high level of customer service
- Ability to lead and make independent decisions
- Motivated and enthusiastic team player
- Some commercial experience preferred.
