Responsible for guiding the successful implementation of non-routine and complex business solutions ensuring high quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer's satisfaction.

Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle's solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge. Effectively applies Oracle's methodologies and policies while adhering to contractual obligations, thereby minimizing Oracle's risk and exposure. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for effective project delivery on small to medium engagements. Provides direction and mentoring to project team. Effectively influences decisions at the management level of customer organizations. Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations. Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility. Manages the scope of medium sized projects including the recovery of remedial projects.

8-10 years of experience relevant to this position. Prior project team leadership or management experience. Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus. Selling skills preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Integrated Technologies Owner within Integrated Technologies Consulting, you are accountable for internal and external client and partner relationships. You will manage complex technical client projects in environments with a high degree of variability that require influence to achieve targeted outcomes. In scope will be to define client strategy and technology roadmap and direct and manage a team of associates responsible for delivering the technical aspects of a client implementation project. This role will allow you to design, build, and maintain complex technical project plans based on contractual commitments and act as an escalation point for technical issues and risks. We are currently seeking an experienced Integrated Technologies Owner to focus on the Oracle Cerner Clairvia Solution Suite. These solutions focus on workforce and workload management of care providers and support staff within Acute and Outpatient venues to improve operational efficiency across healthcare organizations.

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
    • At least 3 years of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
    • At least 7 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
  • At least 5 years of health care information technology (HCIT) project management, sales, or consulting work experience
  • Previous experience with the Oracle Cerner Clairvia solution suite
  • Previous experience with health system operations
  • Oracle Cerner Millennium application experience
  • Experience managing and leading large, complex full cycle solution implementations
  • Experience implementing client/server applications
Expectations
  • Willing to travel up to 60-80% as needed
  • Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to an already virtually approved location
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)

California Pay Range: from $95,900 to $192,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Colorado Pay Range: from $90,600 to $172,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

New York City Pay Range: from $90,600 to $182,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Washington Pay Range: from $101,300 to $182,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
