Accountabilities

  • Lead end-to-end UX strategy across multiple products from discovery through delivery and continuous optimization.
  • Uncover explicit and latent user needs through research and stakeholder engagement.
  • Translate insights into scalable user experience strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Design cohesive workflows and interaction patterns that balance consistency with innovation.
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate solutions based on qualitative and quantitative evidence.
  • Define success metrics with Product and Research, ensuring UX ties to measurable outcomes.
  • Influence roadmap and prioritization decisions with strong design rationale.
  • Mentor senior designers and drive high-quality user experiences across teams.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of professional UX experience with successful product launches.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
  • Portfolio demonstrating expert design aptitude is required.
  • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience leveraging AI in the UX process and designing AI-powered product experiences.
  • Mastery-level skills with design tools such as Figma.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to inform design decisions based on data.

  • Salary range in the US: $177,000.00 - $284,000.00
