What you will do
Reporting directly to the VP Employee Experience & Impact, this role is the company's chief storyteller. We are looking for a proven internal comms leader who will create an engaging, employee centric communications practice to engage and connect a global workforce and attract future talent. In this role, you will be in charge of building and executing our internal communications practice, creating a workplace in which every employee feels connected, and inspired while also building a thriving external employer brand (in partnership with the external communications and PR team). We want your expertise, creativity, and writing craft to facilitate effective collaboration, consistent communication, and impactful insights for our work.

  • Your impeccable eye for detail, nuance and design are unmatched- every asset you touch is completely on brand with the appropriate context and voice. You're known for compelling asset designs.
  • You have a keen eye for content curation- your deep knowledge of the business, culture and audience needs come to life in your decisions on what and when to share internally and externally
  • You can operate at the highest strategic level, with a keen understanding of the business, while still representing and connecting with the most tactical challenges
  • You are comfortable driving multiple, disparate initiatives at once and adapting as priorities shift - you have the tools and approaches to limit the burden
  • You seek out partnerships and offer help before others have realized it would be beneficial
  • You are a mega-influencer. You understand and represent the needs of a broad set of stakeholders and can help get folks on the same page

Preferred Experience
  • Experience leading Internal Comms efforts in rapid scaling organizations (tech experience preferred)
  • Led internal communications function, including direct support of executive communication
  • Experience leading external branding efforts, including career site, LinkedIn and Glassdoor
  • Experience leading crisis communications

Base salary may vary, depending on but not limited to: Skills, experienece & locations
Base Salary - $140,000 - 160,000/year
