Lead IT Business Systems Analyst• Translates business requirements into solution designs including technical specifications and recommended process changes• Develops, configures, tests and debugs new highly complex software solutions or enhancements to existing software in a maintenance capacity.• Leads design and coding of applications using routine and/or advanced technology• Responsible for data conversions, testing activities, and aspects of reporting• Possesses an understanding of system architecture and makes recommendations that facilitate stability• May assist in training less experienced software development staff. Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them. • Resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. • Manages work in an Agile environment utilizing Rally as the Scrum Product Owner • Demonstrates software.

Desired Competencies• Demonstrates broad and detailed knowledge with hands on experience of the sales and distribution (SD) Order Management area for S/4 Hana including but not limited to: Order Processing and complex Pricing Procedures.• Demonstrates broad knowledge of technical solutions. • Ability to manage the details of assigned tasks and deliverables• Ability to coordinate and communicate cross-functionally with both business and technical partners • Works under minimal supervision on complex tasks and may assist less experienced peers• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Exercises independent judgment• Establishes metrics and checkpoints to track quality and performance and takes accountability for organizational results. • Evaluates security risks across the development lifecycle and takes measures to mitigate these risks and stop their recurrence in the future. • Breaks down barriers that reduce innovation and creativity. • Maintains continuous, open and consistent communication with others• Willingly shares knowledge and experiences to build capability • Listens to differing points of view and promotes mutual understanding of diverse perspectives • Demonstrates empathy and engages others to understand the reason behind, or motivation for their actions • Presents options and persuades by openly dialoging and using concrete examples to make a point • Inspires and gains the commitment of others towards the vision, mission, values and organizational goals

Job Requirements• Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Experience• Minimum 5 years SAP SD• At least two (2) full cycle SAP implementations
