The Role:

We are seeking a Lead IT Engineer to spearhead the significant transition of our IT support services in-house. This role is critical for enhancing our IT infrastructure, aligning IT services with our business goals, and ensuring a seamless remote work experience for our teams. You will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of IT at Gametime by leading this strategic initiative.

What you'll do:

  • Own IT at Gametime!
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to migrate IT support services from an MSP to an in-house model.
  • Take ownership of managing MDM for laptops and mobile devices, optimizing device management practices.
  • Establish a responsive and efficient IT support framework.
  • Work closely with senior management to align IT initiatives with business objectives.

What you'll bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in Information Technology or in an IT support capacity
  • Experience in leading IT initiatives and projects, with a strong ability to drive improvements in IT service delivery and user satisfaction.
  • A strong background in IT support systems, device management solutions (such as JAMF and Meraki), and security best practices. Knowledgeable in configuring and managing IT support tools and platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ability to develop and execute IT strategies that align with business goals. Skilled in planning, prioritizing, and executing IT projects with a focus on enhancing organizational efficiency and innovation.
  • Experienced in managing transitions and transformations within IT departments, including optimizing processes and adopting new technologies to improve service delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate IT strategies and updates to non-technical stakeholders.
