Lead Java Developer

We are seeking an experienced and driven Lead Java Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-traffic, customer-facing web applications and services. You will play a key role in leading the migration automation, simplifying customer onboarding processes, and supporting international expansion initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain highly available, high-traffic web applications and services
• Automate provisioning and simplify customer onboarding processes
• Lead the implementation of migration automation projects
• Work on personal health record systems, ensuring compatibility with multiple EHR systems and supporting international expansion
• Write and maintain automated tests as part of the development process
• Deploy code to development environments using automated pipelines
• Debug applications by connecting to Kubernetes clusters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives

• 5+ years of proven hands-on experience building and operating highly available, high-traffic customer-facing web applications and services
• Strong development experience in Java, with optional experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and scripting languages
• Deep understanding of object-oriented design and SDK development, particularly within a cloud environment
• Proficiency in writing automated tests and deploying code via automated pipelines
• Experience working with Kubernetes clusters for debugging and deployment
• Comfortable using Oracle-issued laptops for development work
• Excellent communication skills with a minimum B2+ English level
