Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality Java applications
• Define technical strategies and architecture for the EHR agnostic solution
• Oversee and mentor a team of developers, fostering skill development and collaboration
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are adhered to
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Conduct performance optimizations and resolve complex technical challenges
• Drive innovation by evaluating and incorporating new technologies and tools

• Extensive experience in Java development with a minimum of 5 years in the field
• Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring development teams
• Advanced proficiency with JUnit for testing and quality assurance
• Strong expertise in scalable architecture design and implementation
• Comprehensive understanding of Agile development methodologies
• B2+ English proficiency for effective communication with global stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

• Expertise in JAX for creating RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud services and deployment processes
• Experience in healthcare or EMR system architecture and design
• Knowledge of patient administration systems across various healthcare environments
