Lead JavaScript Developer (ReactJS+NextJS)

We are looking for an experienced Lead JavaScript Developer specializing in ReactJS and NextJS to join and lead our team of front-end developers. This role involves both hands-on development and leadership responsibilities, ensuring the front-end layer of our application aligns seamlessly with organizational goals.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of front-end developers in designing, developing, and implementing user interfaces using ReactJS and NextJS
• Collaborate with other Lead Developers (Sitecore, API) during refinement sessions to create solutions based on customer inputs and Business Analysts' specifications
• Make key technical decisions and align on technical implementation during refinement sessions
• Author technical implementation descriptions for user stories
• Guide, direct, and resolve any technical issues faced by the front-end team
• Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting code reviews and adhering to best practices in development
• Streamline deployment and monitoring processes
• Optimize front-end performance to ensure fast loading and responsive application interfaces

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development
• Strong technical and leadership skills
• Role model capabilities for a team
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Expertise in ReactJS and NextJS
• Skills in HTML5 and CSS3
• Knowledge of Jest for unit testing
• Demonstrated experience leading development teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills
