This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Training Manager - REMOTE. In this dynamic role, you will lead a team focused on enhancing the Learning and Development strategy. You will elevate the execution of training programs, ensuring our workforce is equipped with the skills to meet the evolving business landscape. This position demands both strategic planning and hands-on instructional design capabilities, making it essential for fostering a high-performing learning environment. You will collaborate across functions, gathering insights to drive continuous improvement in our training initiatives.

Accountabilities

  • Drive the creation of an onboarding strategy for new and existing employees.
  • Partner with Human Resources to develop cross-functional learning opportunities.
  • Evaluate curriculum effectiveness through data analysis and feedback.
  • Define success metrics and communicate them effectively.
  • Oversee the Learning and Development team, ensuring project balance and quality.
  • Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in onboarding and talent development.
  • 5+ years of experience managing Learning and Development teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field.
  • Experience designing onboarding programs for a large workforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
