Pay:$23.00 – $26.00 per hour Line Cook / Potential Sous Chef – Wormwood Wormwood is abohemian-style French bistro with a Baja-Mexican twistand anabsinthe parlorlocated in San Diego. Our menu is inspired by classic French cuisine, complemented by a curated Old World wine list and the city’s most impressive selection of absinthe, served traditionally over a sugar cube from antique absinthe fountains. The restaurant is led byChef Omar Armas, trained in Michelin and San Pellegrino–recognized kitchens. We are looking forline cookswith the potential to grow into asous chef role. What we’re looking for: • Minimum 5 years of cooking experience. • Strong knowledge and mastery ofFrench techniques (MUST). • Passion for food, attention to detail, and a strong team-player mentality. • Ability tolead by exampleand motivate the team. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn. • Previous experience infast-paced kitchens.
