SUMMARY: 84.51° Loyalty Marketing Consultants are responsible for leveraging personalized rewards and incentives to drive customer loyalty with our CPG partners. This includes owning and proactively developing a portfolio of clients and maximizing their investments with the right brands and offers to drive long-term loyalty. In this role, the LMC will be responsible for the growth and development of a broad portfolio of medium to large-scale CPG clients.  In addition, this role will require partnership with the 84.51° Kroger Merchandising team to align on category and department objectives and potential activations that can drive mutual benefit with customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively build best-in-class client/stakeholder relationships with our most important CPG accounts.
  • Work with cross functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and flawless execution of customer campaigns.
  • Solve complex business or functional problems; creating potential solutions to problems, looking beyond the obvious solution, and considering how the solution impacts other variables.
  • Provide direct and independent consultation to clients to drive increased performance and return on investment.
  • Analyze post-campaign results and present to leadership-level client stakeholders.
  • Deliver against annual goals tied to customer touch points and incremental impact.
  • Execute against strategies to enable achievement of short-term incentive plan targets.
  • Partner with 84.51° Kroger Merchandising community and internal stakeholders to support department and category goals

 

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Advanced knowledge of the customer reward/incentive solutions and differentiation in the marketplace
  • Proven Sales, client leadership skills; ability to independently develop relationships that results in growth in revenue
  • Ability to proactively influence leadership-level stakeholders based on data and insights
  • Analytical acumen to make decisions; understand and optimize campaigns
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to partner on behalf of the client
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to share actionable recommendations in a concise and persuasive manner
  • Bachelors' degree B.A. /B. S or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years in Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, and/or sales responsibility
