The team you'll be part of

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of and experience with lead management. Being part of a lead management team, your tasks will involve evaluating, nurturing, and scoring leads generated by marketing activities, routing leads to sales and reporting on lead status. Ensuring rich and high-quality leads for Sales is an important part of this role, just as ensuring our lead management processes are well controlled, managed and documented.

In addition, this role is responsible for managing the relationship of external vendors that offer API services which import and export information through our master Marketo database and Salesforce CRM platform. Candidate will take a proactive approach and anticipate and identify tools, systems and processes that will aid in the achievement of our team and company goals.

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:

  • Developing strategic initiatives to improve data quality and contact management.
  • Improve and monitor the lead lifecycle process related to lead scoring, lead qualification and overall process efficiency
  • Route records through the lead process in our CRM/SFDC.
  • Work in close relationship with customer marketing, sales, and other stakeholders.
  • Work with privacy officer to ensure compliance with Nokia's code of conduct, terms of use and privacy policies.
  • Knowledge of campaign execution strategy, workflows, and complex multi-series automated engagement campaigns that leverage filters, feeders, and segments.
  • Provide broad support for marketing operations initiatives and marketing programs.

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • 5+ years' experience with hands-on campaign development and lead flow processes.
  • Experience in database management from a query and contact development standpoint
  • Experience in database management, marketing automation (preferably Marketo), CRM (preferably Salesforce.com), search marketing, and rules-based lead nurturing
  • Experience querying and analyzing complex data sets to gain insights and make business decisions and recommendations
  • Working knowledge of various contact/record appending and data enrichment services
  • Solid communications skills - both verbal and written (highly proficient in English)
  • Outstanding attention to detail with superior time and project management skills
  • Passion for testing, measuring, and improving processes
  • Self-motivated, independent worker
  • Extremely detail oriented, self-starter who can multi-task well in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
