The primary purpose of this position is responsible for providing oversight for administrative management support to the organization in one or more vital areas such as, task management, procurement, documents, and reports preparations, and/or other related administrative activities including program analysis.

- Some travel may be required (less than 25%)
- This position MAY be eligible for a recruitment/relocation incentive. Specifics will be discussed with the Selecting Official.
- Eligible for situational telework only, including Emergency and Office of Personnel Management (OPM) prescribed "Unscheduled Telework"
Qualifications
In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Management and Program Analysis Series positions located here
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower broadband NH-02 or equivalent to the next lower grade GS-11 in the Federal Service. Specialized experiences is providing oversight for administrative management support to the organization in one or more vital areas such as, task management, procurement, documents, and reports preparations, and/or other related administrative activities including program analysis.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of the operations, products, services, needs and goals of the program(s) and the organizations studied or served, and related customers, functions, resources, and users.
- Ability to plan and organize work and coordinate with others.
- Ability to research, analyze, interpret and apply rules, regulations, and procedures to a variety of situations and to recommend timely economical solutions.
- Ability to maintain good working relations, be persuasive and provide leadership.
- Ability to plan and execute complex, multi-faceted projects simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of personnel both orally and in writing to use modern technology in support of communications, virtual team and geographically separated decision making.
- Ability to meet and deal with customers using high degree of tact and diplomacy.
- Knowledge of project, and resource management practices and procedures.
- At least 2 years of experience in resource management and administrative office support.
- Experience in planning, organizing, and directing functions and staff.
- Experience communicating effectively with a broad range of personnel both orally and in writing to include the proficient use of modern computer software applications in support of communications and presentations is highly desired.
- Experience in the management of long- or short-range programmatic resources (finances, manpower, and facility requirements), planning and integration is highly desired.
