This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Clinical & Disease Specific Insurance Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the full lifecycle of clinical and disease-specific insurance products. This includes everything from product strategy and benefit design to performance management and optimization. Your work will directly impact member access and clinical outcomes, making a significant contribution to the healthcare landscape. By focusing on compliance and operational scalability, you will ensure that our insurance solutions are effective and sustainable. This is a unique opportunity to shape healthcare solutions for specific clinical needs while collaborating with various teams.

Accountabilities

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of clinical and disease-specific insurance products.
  • Build and manage business cases for new and existing products.
  • Analyze product performance using financial and membership metrics.
  • Lead benefit design for disease-specific insurance plans.
  • Design product portfolios aligned with defined clinical populations.
  • Contribute to annual planning and roadmap development.
  • Identify risks and opportunities across product performance.
  • Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in commercial insurance product development.
  • 5+ years of understanding clinical policy and regulatory requirements.
  • 3+ years of experience with ACA, including market place products.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycle.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in regulated environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time.
