Job Description

Responsibilities

Manages a small to medium-sized team responsible for the production and reporting of strategic measurements that demonstrate the value and effectiveness of the CTS organization.

Establishes strong relationships with internal teams to gain an understanding of their strategies, objectives, and tactics to develop a comprehensive measurement plan.

Understands business and operational strategies and identifies critical metrics required to support those strategies.

Manages the real-time monitoring and analysis of KPIs.

Develops standard reporting models with visualizations to aid decision making and overall strategy.

Conducts and manages ad-hoc analyses on special programs, product updates/changes, and traffic fluctuations to proactively escalate issues, propose solutions and modify strategies.

Participates in the recruiting process, instructs, assigns, directs and reviews the work of other metrics analysts, prepares performance reviews and provides ongoing feedback.

Manages a metrics and analytics team.

Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required.

8+ years of related experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
