This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Phones Implementation. In this pivotal role, you will guide the implementation team responsible for deploying our VoIP solutions, focusing on creating exceptional onboarding experiences for our customers. Your leadership will directly impact various veterinary practices, ensuring seamless integration of their phone systems with our SaaS solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams will be crucial as you work towards optimizing processes, enhancing customer satisfaction, and scaling the team to meet future demands. Your technical expertise and operational management will shape the efficiency and effectiveness of our implementation strategies.

Accountabilities

  • Scale the Implementation team to support 2x growth while maintaining quality and efficiency
  • Develop and execute the implementation strategy for Phones + SaaS integrated product line
  • Oversee all aspects of the VoIP implementation process, from initial planning to final execution
  • Design scalable onboarding and deployment frameworks with established KPIs
  • Drive cross‑functional planning for product launches, aligning teams on timelines and processes
  • Own capacity planning and hiring roadmap while developing a strong bench of Team Leads
  • Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of 7-10 implementation specialists
  • Regularly evaluate current implementation processes, identifying gaps or inefficiencies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and timelines
  • Act as the escalation point for complex implementation challenges, resolving issues proactively
  • Ensure thorough documentation of project progress and maintain transparency
  • Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in VoIP implementation or similar technical project management role
  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Proven team leadership experience, managing international contractors
  • Strong understanding of VoIP technologies and network infrastructure
  • Experience working with external vendors
  • Proven ability to analyze trends and collaborate across all management levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure
  • Experience with Salesforce, Wrike, Monday, Hubspot, or related software
