In this pivotal role, you will guide the implementation team responsible for deploying our VoIP solutions, focusing on creating exceptional onboarding experiences for our customers. Your leadership will directly impact various veterinary practices, ensuring seamless integration of their phone systems with our SaaS solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams will be crucial as you work towards optimizing processes, enhancing customer satisfaction, and scaling the team to meet future demands. Your technical expertise and operational management will shape the efficiency and effectiveness of our implementation strategies.
Accountabilities
Scale the Implementation team to support 2x growth while maintaining quality and efficiencyDevelop and execute the implementation strategy for Phones + SaaS integrated product lineOversee all aspects of the VoIP implementation process, from initial planning to final executionDesign scalable onboarding and deployment frameworks with established KPIsDrive cross‑functional planning for product launches, aligning teams on timelines and processesOwn capacity planning and hiring roadmap while developing a strong bench of Team LeadsLead, coach, and performance-manage a team of 7-10 implementation specialistsRegularly evaluate current implementation processes, identifying gaps or inefficienciesWork closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and timelinesAct as the escalation point for complex implementation challenges, resolving issues proactivelyEnsure thorough documentation of project progress and maintain transparencyRequirements
7+ years of experience in VoIP implementation or similar technical project management role5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teamsProven team leadership experience, managing international contractorsStrong understanding of VoIP technologies and network infrastructureExperience working with external vendorsProven ability to analyze trends and collaborate across all management levelsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to troubleshoot technical issues under pressureExperience with Salesforce, Wrike, Monday, Hubspot, or related softwareBenefits
