In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving key projects that support the Accounting and Finance Team's mission. You will collaborate with leadership to navigate complex challenges and ensure that our teams deliver high-value services effectively. Accountabilities

Manage and report on strategic initiatives alongside the Chief Financial Officer.

Lead project management for annual audits and school budgeting processes.

Conduct data analyses to assist in departmental decision-making.

Coordinate departmental initiatives and manage fiscal responsibilities.

Facilitate regular meetings and track progress against departmental goals.

Oversee team meetings, incorporating content creation and presentations.

Document critical processes and develop training materials for team members.

Coordinate logistics for recruitment and onboarding activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or higher in business, public policy, finance, or a related field.

3+ years of relevant, progressive professional experience.

Strong project management and analytical skills.

Ability to manage relationships and collaborate across departments.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.

Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

Competitive salary range from $72,000.00 to $120,000.00.
