Lead Manual QA Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Lead QA engineer with 4 years of experience to join our MagicFuse team. We consider candidates from Lviv or Kyiv. 

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 4 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC 
• Strong knowledge and experience in different testing types and methods 
• Experience with test management and bug reporting tools 
• Experience in creating and executing test plans and test cases 
• Experience in test reporting 
• Understanding of risk management 
• Practical knowledge of REST services 
• Knowledge of SQL Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Leadership and management capabilities 
• Experience with Salesforce
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading the QA team on the Salesforce project 
• Developing and implementing QA standards and process 
• Maintaining QA strategy  
• Creating Test plans 
• Creating Test documentation 
• Participating in project planning and requirements analysis 
• Conducting functional and performance testing 
• Preparing test reports 
• Providing guidance and mentorship to QA team members

WORK SCHEDULE

Full-time working day in our office (flexible hours) or remote.

INTERVIEW STAGES

1. Pre-screening with the Recruiter

3. Interview with the QA engineer and Project Manager

4. Interview with Delivery Manager
