Lead Manual QA Engineer

Today, we are a strong community of 2,000+ professionals and a reliable partner for global industry leaders and Fortune 500 companies.Our fast-growing team is looking for a passionate and engaged Lead Manual QA Engineer, preferably with automation skills to join our scrum engineering team building our leading cloud-based payroll platform.

​​​​​​Responsibilities:

• Design, create, and execute manual test cases for functional testing, integration testing, regression testing and exploratory testing (when necessary)
• Prepare Test Strategy, Test Plan & devise Test scenarios
• Take complete ownership for testing requirements of major modules in products
• Mentor junior team members of the testing team
• Work as part of an agile product team, Coordinate Test Driven Development, participating in all aspects of the agile process and ceremonies
• Design, build and execute UI, API and integration test suites for web applications
• Communicate technical details of bugs and automation results to developers
• Track & Triage defects
• Analyse Test coverage & ensure process improvements. 
• Guide and coach the team to follow Scaled Agile practices
• Facilitate all Scrum processes and events
• Help the Scrum Team achieve higher levels of maturity

Responsibilities: 

• 10+ years experience in software testing, Quality Assurance Process
• Proven experience in various testing methodologies, criteria  
• Previous experience in a Test Manager/Lead role 
• Ability to analyze the requirement (both from a testing and end user point of view) to derive test scenarios and test cases.
• Experience and knowledge of working with test case management, test tracking and defect management tools
• Experience in building reusable components, keywords or listeners for test automation
