Lead Manual Tester (Adobe Experience Manager)

We are looking for a Senior Manual Tester with specific expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to guide our Quality Assurance (QA) team through the transition of our current website to AEM as a Cloud Service.
In this position, you will take charge of defining testing strategies, creating test plans, and securing the quality and success of the migration process through both manual and automated testing methods.

Responsibilities

• Craft test strategy and formulate comprehensive test plans
• Guide the QA team to guarantee successful completion of the migration
• Organize testing efforts and carry out test cases focusing on functional testing
• Manage the automation of test cases
• Evaluate test results and compile detailed reports
• Track testing progress and report on key milestones

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in functional testing
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Background in Adobe AEM, specifically with Sites & Assets
• Expertise in test strategy, test planning & reporting
• Proficiency in developing and coordinating test cases
• Skills in test results analysis and reporting
• Understanding of test automation principles and approaches
• Required English proficiency level: B2+

Nice to have

• Capability to estimate test automation and architect test automation frameworks
• Familiarity with Akamai and content migration
• Background in test design techniques
