About the Team:

UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join the Marketing Analytics team. This team is responsible for providing advanced data analysis and reporting to the global marketing organization at UKG, and this individual will work with their team members to translate complex business requirements and reporting methodologies into tangible analytics deliverables.

About the Role: • Interface with marketing's internal customers to gather project requirements and transform those requirements into actionable analytics deliverables• Develop strategic analytic solutions such as reports, metrics, scorecards, dashboards, KPIs, datasets that are adopted and drive action across the business.• Continually support internal customers, helping them understand what the data is saying and how they can use it to guide their decision making • Collaborate with analytics team members to ideate new projects and deliverables, and turn ideas into tangible results• Identify and recommend operational process improvement measures based on data analysis

Qualifications

About You:

Basic Qualifications • 3+ years of data analytics or statistics experience, preferably in marketing, sales, or finance• 3+ years of experience with SQL and database query tools, with the ability to query unstructured and structured data to create new data sets • 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau

Preferred Qualifications:• Experience using Python or R• Knowledge building complex data models using ranks and/or statistical analysis concepts • Marketing automation data from platforms like Eloqua or Marketo experience• Google Cloud Platform experience • Experience using or understanding of SiriusDecisions methodologies like the Demand Unit Waterfall• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills; process-oriented and metrics-driven• Advanced knowledge of Data Visualization techniques• Experience working with Salesforce and an understanding of how enterprise technology companies collect and manage customer data
