In this role, you will be a pivotal figure in a modernization effort aimed at re-architecting the Marketing technology stack. Your leadership will align marketing strategies with innovative technology solutions, enhancing operational efficiency. You will oversee the optimization of current tech investments while integrating new applications to elevate the capabilities of the marketing team. Accountabilities

  • Create and implement a comprehensive technology strategy for digital platforms.
  • Lead strategic planning and leadership initiatives.
  • Advance the maturity of marketing tools and platforms.
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships within IT.
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap for the marketing tech stack.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ensure consistent tracking and reporting of marketing campaign performance.
  • Lead and manage the marketing technology team effectively.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
  • Recommend and implement emerging marketing technologies.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and negotiate contracts.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing technology or IT.
  • 5+ years leading global technology teams.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional team leadership.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and detail orientation.
  • Strong communication skills for technical concepts.
  • Understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Agile and SCRUM.
