Lead Mobile Product Designer

N-IX is looking for a Lead Mobile Product Designer to join our team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Generate creative ideas and concepts for Mobile APP products and features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product's goals and requirements.
• Develop user flows and information architecture.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and quality assurance, to bring designs to life.
• Communicate design ideas and decisions effectively.
• Analyze data and feedback to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences.
• Manage design projects, set priorities, and meet project deadlines.
• Communicate progress and potential roadblocks to stakeholders.
• Maintain and update design assets and documentation as needed.
• Be open to feedback and willing to iterate on designs based on feedback and evolving requirements.
• Address design challenges and find innovative solutions to complex problems.

Requirements: 

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in Mobile product design
• Strong UI/UX skills
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and user research methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
• Proficiency in creating and communicating design concepts, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• A strong and diverse portfolio that showcases a range of design projects, highlighting problem-solving skills and successful outcomes.
• Ability to manage design on projects, including setting priorities, managing timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, including the ability to identify and address design challenges and make data-informed decisions.
• Understanding of business objectives, market trends, and competitive landscape to align product design with organizational goals.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• At least Upper-intermediate English level
