LEAD - AFX:

Should have the experience of leading the team with hands-on knowledge in AFX, Edit software. Complete understating of Post Production.

Must possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure the success and efficiency of their teams.

Managing and leading a team of employees within the department, ensuring they are productive and motivated.

Controlling the department's budget, ensuring costs are managed and resources are used effectively.

Organizing shifts and ensuring the department is adequately staffed. Supposed by the data analytics.

Ensuring employees are trained and adhere to company standards and policies.

Setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to employees.

Addressing issues within the department, whether related to employees, resources, or processes.

Should be looking at technology next gen/ AI to bring in efficiency.

Keep the governance, compliance, QC with the right data at the top check.

Your primary roles and responsibilities will include:

Expertise in production processes and workflows.

Comprehensive budgeting and financial oversight

Leadership and team management

Strategic planning and execution

Client management and relationship building

In-depth knowledge of media formats, standards, and emerging technologies

Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills

Motion graphics and animation software (Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D)

Color grading software (DaVinci Resolve)

Virtual production tools (Unreal Engine)

Comprehensive communication and collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams)

LOCATION

We currently work in a remote hybrid model with offices in Chennai and Bangalore.

TIMINGS

We work on rotational shifts that change depending on the region you are working with and at the discretion of your line manager.
