In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• D esign, implementation and support of Network and Voi ce solutions within a global organization, providing g ui dance to s upport teams to ensure agreed levels of service delivery and p erformance a re maintained .
• Support of network and voice aspects of Major Incident s including those at weekends and out of hours
• D evice and application lifecycle management , resource management and management o f external s ervice providers .
• Provisioning of all components of net work and voice equipment, core applications and user access.
• T echnical documentation, development of policy and procedures, and for compliance with those already existing .

  The essential requirements of the job include:

• Experience d network analyst with a strong backgrou n d of design, implementation and support of a complex network and voice environment in a global organi z ation .
• Cisco SD-WAN, , Palo Alto & Panorama and policy management, AWS network administration, Cisco 8k preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation at all levels.
• Excellent judgement, strong analytical and problem solving able to present at all levels.
• Highly organized with the a bility to manage multiple, parallel tasks and projects. Continuous Improvement mindset
• Highly customer focused when setting priorities, ensuring performance meets customer expectations , able to understand the impact on the organization of change. Able to travel approximately 15% including some international

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - 130,000 per year. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
