Role:

As the QA Platform Guild Leader, you will lead the QA Guild, develop and implement quality standards, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in our products and processes, both pre- and post-production.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and promote quality testing standards across all departments.
• Motivate guild members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Provide technical guidance and support for solutions.
• Conduct documentation reviews and monitor process compliance.
• Create and implement software solutions for quality assurance needs.
• Interview and evaluate new team members.
• Develop training and development programs for employees.
• Ensure consistent knowledge levels of technical and soft skills in collaboration with HR.

• 2+ years of management experience.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative and proactive management style with a lead-by-example approach.
• 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing QA solutions.
• Proficiency in Java and writing automated tests is a MUST
• Strong skills in design, coding, debugging, and problem-solving.
• Experience with CI/CD and test-driven development.
• Experience in the FinTech industry prefered.
• Hands-on approach 50% of the time.
• Languages: Ukrainian/Russian/Belarusian and English are a must
