Lead Operations Analyst

Lead the review and update of new and existing programs to ensure processes are meeting business needs and regulatory requirements

Develop audit programs for functional areas, analyze results, identify root cause and provide recommendations in efforts to incorporate best practices into business processes

Problem solve and troubleshoot issues through process evaluation, working with functional areas to ensure beginning to end processes/impact intact

Develop business requirements for enterprise wide system solutions

Develop and update member and provider materials based on business needs and requirements

Monitor department policies and procedures and work with management team to update and revise accordingly

Analyze regulatory changes and HPMS memos, determine areas impacted, provide a summary and suggest actions. Oversee implementation, including any vendor impact

Position Purpose: Strategize and implement operational improvement initiatives. Organize and prepare materials to support compliance and daily operational procedures.

Experience/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of healthcare analysis experience. Exposure to a Managed Care, Medicare, or Medi-Cal environment preferred. Experience with MS office applications. Project management experience preferred.

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Pay Range: $52,900.00 - $95,200.00 per year
