We have a Paid Social Lead open in our Detroit, MI office.
Working in collaboration, the Paid Social Lead is responsible for the strategy, management, and execution of client paid social campaigns in alignment with client goals and KPIs. You will partner with both internal and external parties to enhance paid social performance through testing new initiatives, performing key optimizations, and establishing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop annual and short term paid social accounts
· Identify, plan, and develop account opportunities aligned with the client's performance goals
· Provide strategic direction based on historical results and goals as well as industry trends
· Develop, launch, monitor, and report on testing roadmap
Regular management of budget and campaigns on paid social platforms
· Determine budget needs
· Re-allocate budgets based on results
· Track pacing and performance fluctuations
· Optimize campaigns , including making proactive recommendations based on performance
· Set up efficient systems and processes to manage paid social activations
· Launch and actively optimize campaigns across platforms
Track, report and analyze results
· Ensure reporting data, formatting, and insights are completed in a timely manner
· Collect and analyze performance results and make optimization recommendations to accounts
· Analyze competitive space
· Deliver insights on performance
Work with internal & external stakeholders
· Highlight account and client priorities
· Proactively identify trends and areas for improvement
· Actively participate in client calls/meetings
· Effectively prioritize standard tasks, test activations, team bandwidth, and overall client deliverables
· Provide training and development for junior team members
Qualifications :
· 4+ years of experience in Paid Social , specifically in a digital agency
· In-depth experience managing paid social media within Facebook, and preferably with others (LinkedIn/Twitter/Pinterest/Snap/Reddit) as well
· Proven track record of scaling accounts with specific conversion volume and efficiency/CPA goals
· Ability to drive KPI's across multiple platforms
· Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
· Expertise analyzing marketing metrics in Excel and arriving at actionable recommendations
· Experience with A/B testing
· Ability to think strategically and share recommendations & testing opportunities
· Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Paid Social
· Excellent listening, written and verbal communication, presentation, and project management skills
· Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
