Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead, People Analytics to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. You will will bring experience in the field of data analysis with a focus on people data, including survey data and various aspects of the employee lifecycle, such as hiring and turnover. This person will be responsible for providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive data-informed decisions, enhance workforce performance, and support strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Model Building:
- Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to interpret and analyze people data, uncovering trends, patterns, and correlations related to various HR metrics and KPIs.
- Build and maintain robust data models that facilitate easy access and interpretation of people-related data.
- Conduct data wrangling and ETL processes in R or Python to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Document technical specifications such as project scope, requirements gathering, design specifications, system architecture, testing criteria, and other relevant information.
- Advanced Excel Skills:
- Proficiently use Excel to manipulate and analyze large datasets, including the ability to write complex formulas, macros, and pivot tables.
People Analytics Tools
- Demonstrate deep expertise in DAX and ETL within Power BI to create dynamic and interactive HR dashboards and reports.
- Familiarity with Tableau is desired and considered an added advantage.
Scalability And Project Management
- Possess a strong understanding of scalability with people analytics and successfully manage projects that span across the organization's enterprise.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and project milestones.
Team Leadership And Collaboration
- Mentor, lead, and develop a team of analysts, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders across the enterprise to leverage diverse skill sets and experiences for comprehensive data analysis and product enhancement.
- Perform peer reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance the quality of analyses and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in people data analysis and people analytics, with a strong focus on survey data and employee lifecycle metrics.
- Extensive experience with data wrangling and analysis in R or Python.
- Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to write complex formulas, macros, and pivot tables.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and familiarity with DAX and ETL in Power BI.
- Prior experience managing teams and projects, ideally in an HR or data analytics context.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to build trust and partnerships with key stakeholders and HR peer groups through effective communication and collaboration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $90,000- $120,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here .
