ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Lead People Data & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for designing and building the global people reporting, analytics and insights to drive our business decisions around talent. This person will work with the People Team including our Talent Acquisition and People Business Partner teams to understand trends across our workforce and the employee lifecycle. This person will also work with key stakeholders across the organization to deliver people analytics dashboards and data to enable decision making.  This person should be able to not only design elegant, accurate data reports, but also be able to articulate insights clearly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the strategy and design of our overall global people analytics roadmap 
  • Develop reports and dashboards using various reporting and visualization tools to meet business needs
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to People Business Partners, People Leadership Team and other leaders for people analytics and data 
  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand their data requirements and help design new reports, metrics and dashboards to meet these needs
  • Execute objectives while maintaining a deep understanding of the organization’s strategic goals and objectives
  • Create clean, reliable, and scalable data sets 
  • Partner with broader global people operations team to ensure data accuracy and clean data in our systems
  • Partners across the global people team on routine data audits to confirm accuracy in system data and other audit/compliance requirements
  • Produce Executive level dashboards and insights on a regular basis 
  • Provide education and training to end users on the people reporting, metrics 
  • Drive continuous improvement, in partnership with the broader People Operations team to enhance the employee experience

SUCCESSFUL LEAD PEOPLE DATA AND REPORTING ANALYST CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 7+ years years direct experience in data reporting & analytics
  • Expert level skills in Excel, Google Suite, report writers and data visualization tools, and experience in HCM (Oracle preferred)
  • Strong presentation & analytics skills
  • Experience building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Experience in designing and delivering people analytics roadmaps, strategies, tools and solutions
  • Proven track record of designing people data and analytics to ensure high-quality data, consistent definitions, and enable robust reporting & analytics and business insights
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize effectively, and adhere to tight deadlines and quick turnarounds
  • Results-oriented drive with strong work ethic and business acumen
  • Excellent, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills
