How you can help make a better world of work
You will
- Collaborate with customers (pre-sale and post-sale) to design and build people-centric feedback strategies using engagement surveys, lifecycle surveys (on-boarding to exit), performance management, and individual/team effectiveness feedback
- Manage a team of Senior People Scientists
- Work with client data in our platform to identify the most valuable themes and stories to help our clients improve their culture and business outcomes
- Lead survey question design and results review sessions with a variety of client stakeholders, from HR leaders to CEOs, to share and explain key insights
- Guide customers in how to align their performance management philosophy and approaches with their organizational goals
- Educate customers on action-oriented people analytics goals, methods, and strategies relevant to their agendas by creating and delivering workshop content
- Coach client stakeholders, from HR leaders to CEOs, on how they can take action to achieve strategic employee experience goals and associated business outcomes
- Work with customers to design and evaluate success metrics for their employee experience strategies
- Collaborate with the rest of the PS and Culture Amp teams to develop and evolve how we approach our most strategically complex customers

You have
- Master’s or PhD in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Social Psychology, HR/Business Analytics, or related field
- 8+ years of applied experience consulting to organizations and/or working as a subject matter expert within an organization. Enterprise-level is highly preferred
- At least 5 years of applied experience working with surveys throughout the employee lifecycle (candidate, on-boarding, engagement, inclusion, exit) and/or 360-type feedback processes.
- 1+ year of direct people management experience
- Experience designing, implementing and analyzing surveys, as well as presenting insights to executives and HR leaders
- Experience developing workshops and / or other content to enable and educate audiences (HR, people leaders, Exec and/or other) within the realm of People and Culture.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating conversations (and/or group sessions) coaching decision makers (executives, people leaders and People and Culture teams) to make data driven decisions using employee feedback (survey results, performance data).
- Experience developing workshop and / or other content to enable and educate audiences (HR, people leaders, Exec and/or other) within realm of People and Culture
- Comfortable with data; basic knowledge of statistics and research methods and ability to connect statistical results to people and business outcomes
