Job Description

Are you a skilled analyst with a passion for leadership and a strong desire to join one of Sweden's fastest-growing tech companies? We are currently seeking a Manager for our Logistics Performance team who will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our rider organization. This includes predicting order volumes across Sweden, optimizing rider staffing, scheduling, and leading an impactful team. If this opportunity has you excited, keep reading below for more details.

WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO

• Manage a team of four direct reports who are responsible for the logistics operations performing at their best

• Analyze and draw conclusions from data to optimize and continually improve the way of working

• Responsible for integrating and packaging data to adapt it to relevant stakeholders

• Work operationally in the business at a detailed level to quickly capture any improvements

• Run projects with the objective of streamlining, expanding the business geographically and increasing the operational performance

• Support to the Swedish management by continuously working proactively with analyzes of data and identifying areas for improvement

In the role, you report directly to the Operations Director and you will be a part of the Operations management team.

• Analytical - You have an analytical and structured way of working and logical thinking skills and a structured approach to complex problems

QUALIFICATIONS

• University or higher education preferably within a technical field such as civil engineering

• 4+ years working experience within a similar position

• Experience of working in Excel Google Suite

• Experience of working in SQL

• Experience of BI tool such as Tableau or power BI or similar

• Basic understanding of accounting and finance is advantageous

• R, Python, MatLab, Java, C#, ETL, datbase infrastructure is advantageous 

• Fluent English in speech and writing

• Fluent Swedish is advantageous
