Lead Physician Assistant | Monterey, CA | 198k Base - 40% Administrative

A thriving multi-specialty group of 95 physicians just two hours south of San Francisco in Monterey, CA is seeking an experienced physician assistant to join their team.

The position will be 60% clinical and 40% administrative serving as the lead APP overseeing and managing the practices current APP's in primary care, cardiology, and urology.

At least 5 years of experience in primary care, cardiology, or urology required with preferably at least 1 year of leadership experience.

The Position:
• Salary Range: Starts at $198,000 with a 10% Annual Quality Bonus
• 60% Clinical and 40% Administrative - 16 hours per week dedicated towards practice management and leadership.
• No call or weekend work required
• The position consists of 4.5 days seeing patients with a protected half-day of administrative time.
