Key Responsibilities: • Lead Job Execution:Direct and perform plumbing service work including diagnostics, repairs, and installations on commercial sites. • Team Coordination:Guide and support plumbing technicians on jobs, ensuring adherence to company standards. • Client Relations:Communicate effectively with clients, presenting solutions and ensuring satisfaction. • Code Compliance:Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations. • Documentation:Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. • Emergency Response:Respond to emergency calls with urgency and professionalism. Required Qualifications: • Minimum 3+ years of commercial plumbing service experience. • Proven experience in leading or mentoring plumbing teams in the field. • Proficient with plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment. • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills. • Ability to travel locally and occasionally stay overnight for jobs. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Texas Master Plumber License preferred. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Pay:Starting at$35+ per hour, based on experience and leadership capability. Overtime & On-Call Bonuses:Paid overtime for all night/weekend hours + on-call pay.
